Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return or destroy any confidential materials.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tangshan City, Hebei Province.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
